Scheduling FAQs
We send email and/or text reminders 24 hours before your appointment. If you are not currently set up, just let us know!
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. On occasion, we can take same-day and walk-in appointments, but we do book up quickly.
We require a credit card when scheduling any future appointments. This information is encrypted and is secure.
For sugaring services and series treatments such as chemical peels, we recommend making several appointments in advance to make sure you get the time you need and the best result from your service.
Gratuity amount is appreciated and entirely up to you; we do not automatically add gratuity to your bill.
Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. To reschedule or cancel, use the link from the confirmation email, call us at 865-230-7113 or text us at 865-505-8044.
A no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the value of the service(s).
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment to accommodate all of our clients. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone.
